This Privacy Policy explains how Mindex Digital, an independent digital marketing agency and brand based in Okara, Punjab, Pakistan, handles information submitted through this website.

The form does not include a general message field at launch. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information through the website or initial WhatsApp message.

Google Analytics 4 is optional. It loads only after you select “Accept All” in the cookie banner. If you select “Reject Non-Essential,” analytics remains disabled.
Analytics events may record actions such as a service page visit, a WhatsApp button click, a portfolio video play, or a successful contact form submission. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and enquiry content are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

5. Service Providers
The website may use third-party providers to deliver essential functions:
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery
- Resend for contact and confirmation emails
- Upstash for server-side contact form rate limiting
- Google Analytics 4, only after analytics consent
- WhatsApp when you choose to continue a conversation there
These providers may process limited information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Their infrastructure may operate outside Pakistan.
6. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, including HTTPS hosting, server-side validation, spam protection, rate limiting, and restricted environment variables. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
You may ask Mindex Digital to correct or delete enquiry information that is still held, subject to legal or legitimate business record requirements. You may also withdraw analytics consent through Cookie Settings.
8. External Links
The website links to social platforms, Google Business Profile, credential verification services, WhatsApp, and other external sites. Mindex Digital is not responsible for the privacy practices of those external services.
9. Children
This website is intended for business and professional enquiries. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
